Boring and pretentious

Loved this epic western. The author does a great job of making the characters feel alive. That being said, it was just too long, definitely could have been a little shorter. Multiple times I found myself having to go back because my mind would drift.

To be entirely fair, I'm not the best audience for this book. I typically avoid romance novels, but I occasionally pick one up on a recommendation and have found a few I love. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. I found it unrealistic and really disliked the dialogue

What a sweet well written imaginative story. Magical realism done well. Found family, cozy, quirky, unique, whimsical!
