I enjoyed this in that it was a nice distraction, but I'm starting to feel like Agatha Cristie's stories are very much a formula.
This was a great book, it was very hard on me though because of interruptions such as work, eating and sleeping, but I was finally able to get back to reading. I love this series.
This was very interesting and fascinating. It's fun learn about what makes a millionaire tick.
I read this book a few years ago it is a very interesting story about what people who immigrated to the US go through and all their struggles once they get here.
I've put off reading this for years. I'm glad I read it but it's left me heart sick
I don't know why I keep reading these books. There was way too many love scenes for my comfort. I am just sucked into the world that Cassandra Clare has written. I just wish there wasn't so much mush...it's total overload.
I liked the plot and I love the Characters. But with every HON book I've read the love scenes make really uncomfortable, they are too graphic for my tolerance. I have to skip through them or else I feel icky afterward.
Note the best book I've ever read, but something about the story sucks me in. The romance makes me nauseated due to it's cheesiness. The twist in events and the descriptions are great.
I love these books. I listened to this one on audiobook and it was excellent. There were some very predictable parts, but I just love the characters so much I didn't mind.
I think I'm going to have to review this book again and again. There is so much helpful information for parents. I actually feel like this author has or right he gives you the science rather than opinion and no magical solutions
I enjoy these books, but this one was a little less fun. It was still good, and felt very similar to the books written by Terry Brooks. I felt it got a little more adult and dark for me.
a really slow start and I almost DNF'd it but I'm glad I stuck with it because as the story we're on it became very charming.
I really enjoyed this book. Wow the people of Russia must have gone through some very hard times during the revolution. I feel like I learned about some of the Russian history. I've always wondered how the country became communist, although this is a fictional story it helps me to imagine it.
I really enjoyed this one. I can't remember enough about the first book to say whether I liked it better or not. I felt a little embarrassed by some of the scenes, but that's probably just my personality.
I really wanted to like this book. It was interesting and I think it's great that a book was written about this experience. Overall I feel comfortable with the reinforcement that there is a heaven and a Savior. This read for most Christians. I am a Christian but some of the doctrine reviewed doesn't align 100% with my beliefs so, I got frustrated and almost quit reading it a few times. I decided I should be more tolerant and try to understand the ideas of others and I feel I got something out of it.
I listened to this as an audiobook narrated by Jim Dale, who is amazing. I'm not sure I'd have enjoyed it as much without the great narrator. Over all a good clean adventure story.
I really enjoyed the story line and the characters. The dialog was poor and romance painfully sappy and shallow.
I had a hard time with the first book in this series but this second one keep me focused the whole time.
