Woman, Eating

I love this cover, but the story felt like it lacked more than it gave. I liked the mc, but so many of her relationships that bursted with potential felt underdeveloped and flat. Despite some perks to the story (and the fact that its about women vampires...I mean...c'mon, what's not to love), the execution fell a little short. Not horrible by any means, but I was left wanting more.

DNF @ pg 20. Just not finding it interesting.

Unbearable dialogue, vapid inner monologue, all the angst of the gen z/millennial with none of the quality writing that might compel me to give a shit. 

Se me hizo un poco lento, me gustó la premisa si, la vida de la protagonista es super deprimente y eso suma a su clara locura, todo su monólogo interno es ridículo y a veces me daba un poco de cringe las cosas que hacía, pero entiendo que es para demostrar que ella no esta realmente cuerda, ha sido manipulada por su madre durante toda su vida y ahora que esta sola no sabe adaptarse como alguien normal, pero no se, al final se me hizo un poco aburrido, esperaba más.

Una lectura interesante, tiene más de ensayo que de relato, el plot es prácticamente inexistente. Aunq todo los temas abordados desde el punto de vista del personaje principal son bien interesantes.
