I received this e-arc from NetGalley in return for my honest opinion.

I absolutely adored this book. Picked it up yesterday around midnight and finished it a day later at midnight. I absolutely loved the aspect of two famous people and what happened behind the scenes with them and their relationship. Both main characters where so much fun. I liked their banter, even though it really wasn't necessary if main characters talked for once.
Really, really enjoyed it.
Clunky beginning and wonky ending aside, the bulk of this novel really convinced me this was gonna be an all-time great slow-burn romance.

This is a great celeb romance book with a main character that has general anxiety disorder. It's easy to read, hard to put down, and you really root for the relationship that they made a mess of over almost a decade. Hard not to see parallels with these two and Nina and Ian from The Vampire Diaries.
I've now read both of Ava Wilder's books, and I gotta say I enjoyed this one a lot more. I thought it struck a better balance between the personal issues and romance, and built a healthier relationship overall.
