I actually read [b:Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts. 40115162 Dare to Lead Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts. Brené Brown https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1544419663l/40115162.SY75.jpg 62183586] and it is an excellent read as preparation to get the most out of this book. In Dare to Lead, that book talks about discomfort and teaches you that these are the most important learning tools. In White Fragility, if you're white you probably will feel uncomfortable or awkward because Robin is also white...so she can accurately pinpoint situations & thoughts that you may have, previously had, or know other people who have. Continue forward and be open to learn. Fantastic book, def. a re-read at some point. The audiobook did a great job!
