Nothing new to me. Maybe besides the science of peak moments of the day based on the chronotype. If you are interested in that, then it is a worthwhile read and definitely the score would be better.

I think of Pink, as this great curator. He brings in concepts and ideas into one holistic book. And opens doors to other things to explore. This book is no exception. It is a good read, a bit spread out in storyline but each part valuable.

Light, entertaining anecdotes. Interesting factodes to drop at dinner parties (note to self, invite self to more donner parties) life changing? Ah well. You get what you take from it. I'll take a pass on all my afternoon inability to make important decisions.

Fascinating and at times quite funny. It's rare for me to love a piece of narrative nonfiction that isn't a memoir but this one is a great read. Be sure to read the acknowledgments too.

[2019 commentary: I definitely read this last year, forgot to log it, and don't remember a single thing about it.]
