Very very short. I think Laura Vanderkam has a great message about finding time by making choices, and revisiting her work always helps me get back on the right track. Don't begrudge her the gimmicky title :)
Was hoping for more but this book just falls flat. I see it was published in 2012. I'm sure in 2012 this information was a lot more revolutionary, but for me it didn't really offer any practical tips for how to have an effective morning routine. I felt like it was a bunch of out-of-touch rich people giving us working folks advice.
Since I'm a dedicated night-owl I was looking for some inspiration to motivate me to move toward being more of a lark (morning person), not because I want to be successful, per se, but so I can be more productive with my time. I found enough to inspire me to at least try.
