What I know for sure

It's the kind of book with life lessons distilled into short 2-3 pages of wisdom in essence, and which you would want to put by your bedside table and refer back to again and again to recalibrate your mind to what is important and necessary in life.

4.5⭐️: Excellent read
4⭐️: Great read, will recommend ⬅️⬅️⬅️
3.5⭐️: Enjoyable read but missing something that will make it great
3⭐️: An okay read that I didn't regret spending time on it
2⭐️: Didn't enjoy
1⭐️: Didn't enjoy and had serious issues. Will suggest to avoid.

Full of inspiration and quick anecdotes.

Forget who wrote this book, it is one person's collection of their absolute best life lessons and if you're interested in reading/being reminded of that kind of thing, it is fantastic fun.

I listened to the audio version, which I highly recommend, from my local library.

I now have to buy this book so that I can highlight all the sentences I adore and fill every blank space of every page with my own thoughts, comments, and stories. (Because that's what these kinds of books are for.)
