Vigilance

This one definitely upped the dark factor as the heroine was abducted. But like, it went places I wasn't expecting and it did give thriller elements which was great for mixing things up.
I'm having such a hard time believing though that the dudes didn't realize the humans would be traumatized. They are “refugees” off a ship called Paramour... like??? So, wow yeah that bit was fucked up and because I assumed they knew I was NOT expecting everyone's reaction.

Aavar is a cutie and I'm looking forward to reading his and Bree's book.
