I am really loving this series. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought it dragged on in a couple of spots. I really love the narrator. I'm excited to read the next one.
Really enjoying this series so far. I like how the romance is slower paced even if she does seem to have sex in every book lol. The villain is always the same with mini ones in each book – I really like this set up.
Finn always makes me smile and really all the side characters are fabulous as well.
This series continued to thrill me. It keeps moving forward In Gin's quest for revenge on Mab Monroe. Things are forcing her from retirement and forward to help Ashland and her friends.
A book with non stop action from start to finish! I could not put this book down, always wanting to see what was happening next. I also loved that you found out a little more about the Deveraux sisters, maybe just hints now but Estep leaves a promise of more information to come.
While I really like the concept of the Elemental Assassin books and love how Gin has grown since book one, I'm having a very difficult time with the constant repetition that goes on throughout the books. How many times do we need to be reminded of Gin's powers or that she is dating Owen, or that Jo-Jo is a hairdresser that has air elemental powers and is a healer. It is driving me crazy. I understand that some degree of mentions should be done of previous information (when it's pertinent to the direction of the storyline) but come on by book 3 we shouldn't still need to be reminded of the basics in the story. Geez!!!!
