If my primary emotion reading part 1 of this trilogy was dread, for part 2 it was just sadness. But although there's another cliffhanger ending, there's more hope as Lee and Gideon start to demonstrate that they will always find each other. Also we get to meet Lee's father Caden, who is a lovely person. And a chapter from Zeke Frayne”s point of view is proof of how far he's come from the grim, judgemental man we first met. On to part 3, I just hope Harper Fox doesn't keep our true lovers apart for much longer.
