Through Painted Deserts

The book is thought-provoking and leaves readers with a sense of the beauty that surrounds them.

After having read most of Donald Miller's other books, it's pretty clear that this is an early one. The dialogue and some of the storytelling is a bit stilted. But I really enjoy the descriptions of his experience as a young man on a road trip, wrestling with faith.
