The Wool King

The Wool King

1978 • 187 pages

Tracey is irate when her stepfather’s will mandates that his relative Ryan Alexander serve as guardian for her and her younger half-sister Lyn. Tracey feels that she’s old enough to manage her own life, and is also not interested in moving to the Alexanders’ sheep station, far from Sydney. To accommodate her sister though, and also to escape an unhappy development in her romance with her married boss, Tracey agrees to move to the Alexander ranch. Here her encounters with the enigmatic and handsome Ryan slowly become less antagonistic and more romantic.
