Very insightful book about the psychology behind goals and habits and how to take advantage of it to achieve happiness in life.
The book is divided in 20 or so chapters with so many points. They are explained through either stories or studies and pretty well summarized at the end of each section.
I would recommend it to anyone trying to know more about goals and habits.
