The Truths We Hold: An American Journey

I've been following Kamala for the past four years or more. She came up on a list I found of powerful and active politicians. I was elated when she decided to run for president, and sad when that came to an end. I read this book before she was asked to be Joe Biden's running mate, and know that his selection will definitely confirm my vote in his direction. Kamala is a powerful, yet soft and kind person. She had to deal with race issues during her life, and I'm certain it played a role in who she is today. But her passion and determination are what I like best. Go get ‘em Kamala!
