I loved this one! I like how weird but loving and caring Percy. I felt bad for SpoilerZoe and Bianca though. I have hopes Bianca is alive... I dunno. Nico is cute. I gotta say Rick Riordan's writing style is amazing! I liked Thalia but her last decision was... weird. I have hopes for Luke and I love you Annabeth. I dunno what else to say, I recommend this for Rick Riordan, PJO and mythology fans! I love how Percy's ADHD and dyslexia are mentioned in every single book lol. (I mean all half-bloods are that way which is cool, I'd be one as well..)
Another great book with nice banter, some actual excitement and plenty of adventure!!!
Greek mythology has long been a favorite subject of mine so I'm loving this series and it's quickly becoming an all-time favorite.
I adore the characters and the portrayal of the gods. The writing is good and the flow is perfect for me. This was another quick, action-packed story and I flew through it. I laughed a lot with this one (the humor is on point for me), and that's always a huge plus in my book. There is no plugging away through this series .. there is only OK bring on the next one and let's have some fun!
There was a really poorly written review here that I wrote when I was like 17. That review is gone now. Just know that this book is 10/10 stars and Nico do Angelo deserves so much better.
The Titan's Curse follows the same tired formula as the first two books, but with a dash of attempted girl power thrown in. While I appreciate the effort, I think Riordan totally screwed up the message I assume he was trying to convey (strong, independent female characters who don't need men). It came across very much like feminism is good but ladies must remember that it's #notallmen. A female character literally says not all men like she's learned the error of her ways. It really rubbed me the wrong way.

The third installment in the Percy Jackson series is a beloved one. We finally meet Nico. Don't talk about Bianca, she's not my favourite. I don't care for her character. The banter and bickering in this installment is phenomenal! I love it so, so much.
I can never stop talking about this installment: it got humour, it's exciting and daring.
I love Artemis' hunters and I always wanted to be a part of them when I was younger.
Overall. I loved this story, as always :p.

We finally meet the lovely Nico (and Bianca)! Ahh, so excited to see Nico's character in the next books! I absolutely love how innocent Nico is in this book.
Oh, and the bickering between Percy and Thalia is hilarious. I really adore the growing friendships in these books. And of course the fighting against the Titans.
I realized I forgot so many details of these books, so I'm glad I'm rereading. :)
Man, it is snowing in NYC and things are getting worse across America as Kronos ramps up his master plan to take out the Olympians. On re-read, this book stood out even more than the first time (probably because I was originally hurtling to get to the ending), but this book seriously ups the ante from The Sea of Monsters which, arguably and in retrospect, seemed to play things safely compared to the original Lightning Thief.
I loved how the Greek Gods were sprinkled in more frequently as well, lending weight to the oppressive theme running through the book that things are getting serious - with an emotional death to pack the punch (no spoilers, it was headlined in the prophecy). Placing Percy again as an outsider who is challenged by both Thalia and Zoe in terms of skill and experience is a really smart way to keep him from seeming overpowered, and Riordan really makes it clear that the girls aren't to be messed with. The character development across the board was so rich, in both the new characters and certain people established earlier in the series by either name or appearance. These were especially surprising, and added a lot of depth to both the series's themes of vain Gods, expendable Heroes and parenthood/family.
Nico and Blackjack were awesome and I can't wait to retread their stories in the sequels. The cliffhanger ending should have been as big as The Sea of Monsters, but Riordan ensures that the reader knows from here on, Percy is the star of the show.
I actually like the second one a bit more than this one in terms of plot, but I think the writing is steadily improving. And I think this book made better use of prophecy. Maybe. I mean, to me it's a little less obvious than the last one, but... Oh, well. I've never been good with riddles and the like. It was nice to, once again, be introduced to more of the gods.
Another great instalment of the PJO series, perfect for a quick and easy read!

The third instalment in the Percy Jackson series is by far the best one yet.
This series follows a similar formula every book, but this one had some things the other ones didn't.
The flaw I found in previous books was the one dimensional characters, but in this one is was surprised: We start to see the relationship between Percy and Annabeth develop, and I can for sure say this adds so much depth to this two characters, (plus come on they're so freaking cute when they're together)
In The Titan's Curse we finally see a more mature (that doesn't mean less funny) cast of characters, thinking twice before making decisions and about how their actions affect others, cause I was just tired of Percy making stupid desicions without thinking about the consequences.
ARTEMIS' CREW GUYS. I just loved them sososo much, and they added a lot to the story, specially Zoe<3 She was the Annabeth factor when the last one was absent(kind of).
And I hope to discover more about the DiAngelo brothers in the next instalment. I just felt we didn't get enough of them in this book and that's mainly why I'm giving this it 4.5 stars instead of just a full 5 stars.
This one I can say gripped me the most out of the three books I've read so far in the series.
Looking foward to read The Battle of The Labyrinth!
Having finished the series now, I can genuinely say I liked this book the least. However, it was the worst book in an otherwise fantastic series so I would probably give it a 2.5 if I could. I found Thalia beyond frustrating, and her playing a major role was just a generally unwanted choice for this novel. If you are reading the series for the first time, take heart, it only gets better from here.

I just loved the fact that Percy's growing up and suddenly Annabeth is like... more interesting than before to him. Hm, wonder how that turns out! (As if I don't already know lmao)
Missed Annabeth a whole dam (oh my gods, I'm sorry I can't help myself, these puns are too great) lot, but it was 80% made up for with Zoë and her old talk, and Zoë and her story ‘bout that one Hero, you know which one I'm talking about and basically, Zoë made up for a lot of things considering she's a fucking pain in the ass
La saga s'améliore encore avec ce tome, toujours aussi trépidant. On y rencontre de nouveau une belle galerie de personnages mythologiques et on redécouvre des mythes. J'ai vraiment dévoré ce tome à toute vitesse, n'arrivant plus à le lâcher avant de l'avoir terminé :)
O melhor livro da série até o momento. O desfexo muito interessante e está cada vez mais perigoso e envolvente os desafios da história.
Mal posso esperar pelos próximos! \o/
