The Testament of Jessie Lamb

A rather weird sort of dystopian. I always think futuristic novels that focus on some crazy and specific disease are strange. Governments gone foul are much better fodder for dystopian fiction, in my opinion, but germ warfare is fair game I guess. My main problem with this was that I just did not like Jessie as a character. I also have a problem with people who are stubborn to the point of foolishness, like Jessie.
