Originally posted on Creative Madness Mama.When I return to the world of Mary Connealy it is like returning home. Over the years, she has fast become one of my favorite genre authors of Christian Historical Fiction. Being able to jump into her stories and hear a mention of characters that I read about nearly a decade ago is a wonderful feeling and I cannot wait to read more and catch up on the stories that I have missed more recently. This story is best appreciated when you know the family characters going in.
