This was another solid entry in the Joe Talbert series.

The description did not specify that this was a serial killer story. If it had, I would not have purchased (just my preference).

I've enjoyed the Joe Talbert series. Very much appreciate the focus shifting between characters from book to book. I live in Twin Cities and recognize locations.
