The Steamboat Shuffle

The Steamboat Shuffle is a historical novel set in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1922. The story is told from the point of view of eleven year-old Jovie Bibbs, who concocts an elaborate (and somewhat dangerous) plan to meet President Warren G. Harding and his wife Florence.
