He did eventually receive a masters degree from the University of New Mexico and a doctorate in mathematical logic from Tulane. He has taught in New Mexico, Texas, Maine, New York, Wyoming, Bulgaria, Utah, Chile, Louisiana, Bermuda, and Georgia.
