I didn't realize I was listening to the Young Readers Edition, until I started the audiobook.
But I liked it.
Michael Pollan has a way of explaining things that just make sense. He breaks down what people (Americans) eat (4 ways), and explains how and why we became to eat that way.
He also covers nutritional, environmental and ethical decisions we unknowingly make by choosing one way over the other.
Although the fourth meal is ideal in a perfect world, it would most likely not work for a majority of people. I believe I personally eat a diet closer to the third meal, but might be on the edge of two and three.
I highly recommend this book. If nothing else, it will help you with how to navigate your grocery store, or give you a reason to shop the local farmer's market instead.
