The New Guy

I started at the beginning of the Rom Com series after reading and loving The Italian Job. I struggled to find these characters as interesting. Ryan was a little too self-hating throughout. Then when Sam realizes she fed into his insecurities her reaction comes up short for me. Lukas was the main bright spot of this book, and I wish we'd been given more of him and Ryan bonding once Lukas tells Sam that Ryan deserves more from her.
