The Marriage Bargain

Fluid and well written, you can actually feel the connection between Alexa and Nick, full of personality and fun dialogue. Hot as the cover suggest. I recommend this book to anyone, a page turner indeed.

It's been a while since I gave good ol' contemporary romance a try.

The blurb made it seem like a promising read. :(

It turned out to be super boring. I ended up giving in halfway and skimming through the sex scenes to keep myself from falling asleep.

I love seeing a strong, alpha hero immune to romance brought to his knees by an equally strong heroine.

Nick Ryan's character growth was great to behold!

And the ending...truly sigh worthy.
