The Last Final Girl

This pseudo-script style is not for me. There's a reason books are not written like this; it's not fun, it's jarring and annoying.

Campy and over the top, but in a way that makes less and less sense as the plot continues. The narrative style was cool but there were too many twists and crazy reveals for it to make sense or feel consistent.

Maybe I'd liked this more if I'd read it before My Heart is A Chainsaw. Since I read that epic slasher homage to slasher films this one seemed just okay. It wasn't bad at all but I admit I didn't like it as much.
