The Last Anniversary

I had to look at the publishing date because I couldn't believe this was written recently due to the Fat-phobic storyline and use of the R-word multiple times. I put it down for several months because I was bored, then got the audio version and decided to stick with it. It didn't get much better. The audio version sounds like Siri or Alexa is reading it- strange inflections that don't fit the phrasing.
