Four men were murdered, a talented artist named Leslie Shippen, and three labourers named Holquin, Mendez, and Gomez. There did not appear to be any connection between the four of them, but that was what Inspector George Alvarado of the Los Angeles Police Department had to come up with, and he also had to come up with the identity of at least one killer - all in two weeks. He did it, but he also turned up a stunningly beautiful nude woman, and an elusive man known as Donald P. Robinson.
