Davis & Eden
As seen on my review on Jaxhole & Joey's book, I'm not a big fan of second chance plots. I tend to hold the grudgiest of grudges even when it comes to fictional men. Maybe it's because I've been disappointed by men (cough self admitted daddy issue) and I have abandonment-attachment issues. That's why it's a big issue for me if the book includes OW/OM and cheating in the main plot. Anyway, they had really good chemistry, not gonna lie, and they were able to find their way towards each other despite the stubborn claw of the hurt from the past. What I hated the most in this book was their parents–their tendency to hold such grudge (more than me) and how they treat their children (especially Davis's dad).
