Great book on Engineering. Goes through how to make better use of time, what to focus on, important themes like prioritization, project planning, or team evolution.
Must read in my opinion. Some things might sound “common knowledge” but most engineers don't follow them everyday.

An excellent (dare I say essential) resource for early career software engineers.
