The Day That A Ran Away

The Day That A Ran Away is a cute book to help kids learn the alphabet.

The illustrations are very cute and interactive. The story is in a sing-songy rhyming rhythm that young Jet uses to make an excuse as to why his homework hasn't been completed.

I thought that this was a very cute book and I liked that the teacher “played along” with Master Jet, without letting him get away with the excuse either. He still had to do his homework in the end.

Overall, this is a good book to have to take kids all the way through a giggly lesson on the alphabet. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
