The counterfeit family tree of Vee Crawford-Wong

I'm going to say the same thing I said about a book written by a male author with a female lead. Sometimes, writing opposite gender books is not the best choice. What was most irritating was the “Asian-ness” seemed like it was written by someone with little to no experience living as an Asian person. But what finally got to me was the terms Vee used for LGBTQIA+ people. Just, why?
