The Caves of Steel

The reason I started reading this book is because a couple of my friends recommended me to read the Foundations series. After looking up on the internet for some info, I quickly found out that Asimov wrote more books that is related to the series and it was recommended to first start with the robot series before starting with the foundations.

I finished reading the book and I probably won't read this again because of several reasons:
1. The ideas around robots, AI, technology seems to be very outdated. I understand that it was very revolutionary for its time.
2. The dialogue and the characters were bland and a bit childish in their thinking at times.

The reason I gave this 3 stars is because I tried to go back and time and pretend as I am reading this for the first time.
I am not sure if I want to continue with the robot series and the foundation series because I kind off know what to expect from these books and it won't probably blow my mind or motivate me to read more about it.
