Practical Ways to Attract Your Deepest Desires
this is definitely one of those books where you need to take what works for you and leave the rest. unfortunately for me, “the rest” ended up being most of the book after chapter 9. i skimmed through but didn't feel anything else calling for me. i did find a lot of the exercises in the first 9 chapters helpful, though.
i did see one weird exercise where the author prompted you to write down your “backup plans” which seems normal at first, but one of them was “write down 3 people you could date if your boyfriend/girlfriend went their own way.” personally i think looking at relationships as backup plans isn't super healthy, but that's just me
