The Baby Born at Christmas is a perfect introduction to the story of Jesus' birth for young readers. The story is simply told from the Bible with just enough detail to draw 4-6's in to the nativity story through twelve beautifully illustrated double spreads. The story combines the accounts from Luke and Matthew in to their traditional chronological order, beginning with Mary's visit from the angel and concluding with the presentation of the gifts from the wise men.
