The 5 Love Languages

Really enjoyed this book, I always heard/knew about the love languages but i'm really glad I actually read this. Help create a full picture of what I had an idea of. Hoping to improve my relationships and add a bit more understanding what fulfils my own partner better (and also myself).

Although, I really enjoyed it I took a star off just for the push for Christian/old norms with men/women/partnerships. This aspect was a little old but I think this book holds up!

The audio book was fine, I got it from my library online and sped the narrator up!
