Ten thousand truths

Thireteen-year-old Rachel has been shuttled from one bad foster family to another ever since her mother died in a car accident. Now she is sent to a place that is a last resort for kids like her: a farm in the middle of nowhere run by a disfigured recluse named Amelia Walton.
