Tears of Fire

All the running in all the books, all the fear and the questions and a whole war on top of them, wrapped in a box of surprises and an ending that left me blindsided but in a good way. I loved Ava's story and her incredible metamorphosis through all the changes, the challenges and the bittersweet life lessons. She was strong from the beginning but at the end was simply perfection- one of the fmc I was genuinely able to enjoy without reservations. Her men definitely have a lot of work ahead of them to reach this level of personal growth, mainly the Prince who is failing miserably to shine, for now.
