Tapping the Billionaire

This one actually kinda surprised me.

I'm on the edge with it, hence the rating.
Yes, I liked the dialogue at times and the relationship truly did blossom to something believable with a great dynamic between the MCs, but it also... makes weird hand gestures I don't know.

I guess when it boils down to it the story itself wasn't very strong. I'm tired of MCs who have been hurt by their prior partners and use it as an excuse for crappy behavior. Then at the last minute (or after that) get over it and move on. I just didn't believe it? Like it? Find it good enough excuse?
Then Merina's past, which I found to actually be unique, was discarded! Said then ignored because Reese's problem is oh so much more hurtful. rolls eyes

So, yeah. I am torn. I liked some of it but was bored by some of it.

Oh my gosh this was such a great book. Loved the banter and the relationship between Kline and Georgie and loved the humor and sexy times. Narration was awesome, the female narrator took a bit getting used to, but in the end I totally loved her.
