Talking to the Dead

I'm still trying to process this book, to be honest. This may be one that takes a while and may continue nagging at me for some days.

The truth is - I'm still not sure what happened. The three stars are purely due to the writing and poignant descriptions of the world and characters. But I still feel confused and let down and manipulated, almost. It's a pretty dark story of two sisters and unspoken secrets.

The potential was there. I just feel... Empty. Maybe that was the point. It's short enough to read it quickly, however.
