Sweet Silver Blues

Garrett P.I. series by Glen Cook (the guy who wrote The Black Company). Fantasy setting, organized crime, noir feel with a hard boiled detective. Alternately funny, exciting, and pulling on the heart strings.

i would rather female characters just be excluded instead of being written the way they are in this book if i'm honest. but the world is interesting and i like morley dotes.

A fun very 80s style fantasy story wrapped around a fun detective story. Definitely enjoyed it.
