Stump Speech Murder

James Grant, a young politician gives a rousing stump speech in a local park and later is found standing over his wife's dead body with the murder weapon in his hands. Psychologist and acoustics expert Pamela Barnes sets out to prove this young man's innocence and help him succeed in his bid for mayor.
