This book proves that there's a lot more to the Evernight series than just romance. The Evernight world is just as important as the romance in this series; neither one really overpowers the other. In the first book, I wanted more information about the vampire-world, but now I realize that I really like the way Claudia Gray introduces it to us through the main character, Bianca. We learn about the vampire-world slowly, just as Bianca does. After reading the first book, I was wondering how this series was going to be stretched to four books, but after reading Stargazer, I can see how there are a lot of directions this series could go, and I am extremely excited about that. I can't wait to see where Claudia takes this.

I am loving these books, they're suspenseful and interesting, and they really stand out for me as a wonderful paranormal-romance series!
