As good as the first book in the series, and it feels just like a continuation then a second standalone book. It lost half a star in the rating, since the novelty wore off a little bit. But I could hardly stop reading as with the first one.

This was a solid follow-up to Off To Be The Wizard. A fun semi-mystery read with most of the fun of the first book. I look forward to more installments from this clever universe.
