Slammed

Considering this is Colleen's first book, I could give this a 4.5 because of the plot, there are some points of the story that I was like, okay, I heard that one before, but no, this is definitely a 5 star kind of book for me because of the poetry. Anyway, poetry/slam poetry on this book wasn't just a shadow of the story. It is part of the story, it might have not been a whole concrete idea of a book it it wasn't for it.

And they way she wrote it and how reactions were presented after a conflict was a style I have only read from her.

What an awesome writer.

Totally a five.
