A really tough read, that is definitely not for everyone. If detailed intertwined story-lines with little resolution are for you, then Six Four is perfect.
It took me a bit to get into this. There are many things I really enjoyed about it: police bureaucracy, fights for power, what it means to be a parent and partner in extremely difficult circumstances, and more.
This book felt so long! It had so many things going on, but at the same time, nothing. There were so many details, names, dates, departments, newspapers, reporters, detectives, etc. There was enough there to keep me reading, wanting to find out what happened next, but the politics of the police department and worse, the press was painfully slow and at time, annoying.
