I was really into the universe that Hollywood created, I kinda wanted more about it and I would happily read a follow up story.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of SA/necrophilia scenes that felt entirely gratuitous and repetitive, while it wasn't entirely unexpected given the genre I found it took away from the actual story.
