Search Inside Yourself

I liked the books summary of key psychological tenants and practices. The practices were not too many or overwhelming. I did find it too autobiographical and the puns got tedious. As a fellow engineer, I appreciated some of the puns and cartoons but it got old and cumbersome fast.
