Scythe

While I'm happy that a more genre-y book got a Printz honor, I didn't LOVE this one. I thought the world building was super interesting but I never fully connected to it. I appreciated the themes but it left me feeling a little . . . meh.

There was also a joke about musical enharmonics that showed up twice but was wrong the first time. I realize this is so douchey, but it did bother me. I'm the worst....
