Royal Flush

While the mystery was rather silly and dear Georgie rather more clueless than she ought to be, I still enjoyed this 3rd installment of the Her Royal Spyness series.

Still somewhat charming, but the stagnant romance is becoming a frustration. To continue reading, or not to continue reading...

Short Review: Third book of the Royal Spyness series. These first three books have been enjoyable, light, funny with a slight romantic hint. But the story line I think has played out. I have not read more yet, but if there is not a good twist in the next book the rest of the series will be disappointing. The plot, someone is trying to kill off members of the royal line, and probably from within the royal line, was fine. The villain was clear from relatively early (and I am not someone that predicts the end of books early.) I have listened to all three on audiobook so far and the narration is very good and probably a lot of what has made the series enjoyable.
