Puppy school

After their teacher's troublesome Dalmatian Dotty becomes pregnant, Mr. Hamley has to bring her to school with him and asks Neil to help him keep Dotty from the attention of Mr. Grundy, the new animal hating principal. Dotty the Dalmatian is as much trouble as ever and now she is expecting puppies. Can Neil and Emily keep this mischievous momma and her pups out of harm's way?
